1. Shampoo: you use it in the shower as usual
2. Conditioner: take a moderate amount, massage evenly on the hair and massage for 3-5 minutes, then rinse with water
3. Spray: Spray directly on the scalp in the bald and sparse scalp area, massage gently for 1-2 minutes. Use 2-3 times per day
4. Capsules: Take 1-2 capsules daily 30 minutes after meals
